Project Share & Digital Learning

Texas PBS Stations partnered with the Texas Education Agency (TEA) to create a global online learning community where educators collaborate, share resources and showcase accomplishments. This eLearning platform called Project Share contains a library of nearly 20,000 media assets designed to help educators teach in the classroom.

Texas Stations have also partnered with PBS to being schools and teachers a new service that launched in September 2011 called PBS Learning Media. This service connects teachers to PBS video content, lesson plans and more to help in the classroom. To learn more or sign up click here.

Custom Options
Texas PBS Stations will work with school districts and individual campueses to develop a customized PBS LearningMedia service to fit your specific needs. The custom service may have features including the ability to search by standards, usage statistics and measurement, and additional content designed to fit specific needs.

In addition to a national video library correlated to state standards, Texas stations have more than 67 media assets of Texas-specific content.

The Texas PBS Stations will continue to experiment with new ways to bring digital media to schools and to the general public.
